What is the frequency of Stratworth Executive Programs?

Our executive programs are offered quarterly. With 4 distinct executive programs offered once throughout the year, select programs may be offered multiple times within the same year. Where are the programs held?

All of our inaugural Executive Programs are virtual and are held live (synchronously) online.

What is your admissions policy for Executive Programs?

Stratworth University admits candidates of any race, color, sex, religion, or national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to candidates at our institution. How can I apply for a Stratworth Executive Program?

To apply for a executive program, log in to the website (or create an account if you don’t yet have one) and search for the executive program you are interested in. Once you have chosen a program, check that the start date and duration of the program suits your schedule and add it to your cart. After you are done adding a program (or programs) to your cart, you will begin the checkout process. We anticipate that it will take you approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete the application process and pay for the executive program. Once you are done applying and you hit the Submit button, you will automatically receive an email confirming that you have successfully applied for a program.

Important notice: If you plan to pay by any means other than credit card it is crucial that you complete your application process early because your enrollment is not guaranteed until payment is received. This also applies if your organization is paying on your behalf, because it often takes a considerable amount of time to arrange payment with your organization. At Stratworth University, all information given on applications will be treated as confidential. Your information will be used only for internal institutional purposes and will not be provided to a third party.

Are there application periods/windows for each Executive Program?

We accept applications to all of our Executive Programs throughout the year, until the designated capacity assigned to each program is reached. Once this capacity is reached, we begin maintaining a waiting list for the next installation of the program. You are therefore welcome to apply into any of our programs at any time. However, it is highly recommended that you apply at least two weeks prior to your chosen program’s start date to ensure you receive and have time to study any pre-reading materials. In summary, while there is no specific application period, most of our Executive Programs fill up several months in advance, so we advise that you submit applications bearing this in mind and prior to this time-frame.

How long does it take to process and approve my application?

While applying and enrolling into your Executive program of choice is automatic, it normally takes only 7 to 10 business days for the registrar and faculty committee to review and approve your application.

When am I considered fully enrolled in an Executive Program?

You are fully enrolled in an Executive Program once you have applied, paid in full, and have been accepted.

How do I know I have been accepted? and when will I receive the program itinerary?

After you have been accepted by the faculty committee, the registrar will send you an official notification of your acceptance by e-mail. You will also be sent details about the Executive Program along with the acceptance package. The acceptance package will typically include an invoice for the tuition fee, as well as other important information.

What if I have to be absent for a portion of the program?

In order to receive a certificate of completion for the Executive Program you are enrolled into, you must attend the entire program. While our Executive Programs are live and synchronous, each live session is recorded and available on the program platform for a very limited time. Therefore if for some reason you find that you are unable to attend the full program for which you are registered, we recommend that you defer your enrollment to the next installation of the program. Where can I see a list of Executive Programs I am registered in and courses I have completed?

To view these, please log in or create your account. Once you are logged in and on your profile page, you can see a list of the program(s) you are registered in, the courses you have completed and how close you are to earning a Certificate of completion.

Will a certificate be awarded at the end of the Executive Program?

Yes. All participants will receive a certificate of completion once they have successfully completed the Executive Program they are registered in.

How do I make changes to an enrollment?

Can team members from the same organization attend the same Executive Program offering?

Attending our programs together enables teams to develop a shared language and understanding of program concepts and tools, and to collectively apply their learning with maximal impact on their organizations. Therefore, to encourage companies to send teams of employees to attend our programs together, we apply certain team discounts. When two to four participants from one organization attend any of our programs together, each participant is eligible for a 10% tuition discount for the program in question. When five or more participants from one organization attend any of our programs together, each participant is eligible for a 15% tuition discount on the program in question. If applying as a team, please email the registration team via registration@stratworthuniversity.org to inform us prior to enrolling into an Executive Program in order to get the team discount code you will need to apply during checkout to activate the relevant tuition discount(s). Please identify the program and provide the names of all team members who will be attending in your email.

Please note: There is a limit to the number of participants from one organization who can attend each of our Executive Programs. This limit is tied to the maximum capacity for the Executive Program in question and varies from program to program. What does the Executive Program fee cover?

The Executive Program fee covers tuition and materials. Please refer to the top of this page to see what the fee covers.

When is the Executive Program fee payment due?

In general, payment is due before the start date of each program. For all Executive Programs, payment is required to complete the online registration process.

What types of payment do you accept?

We generally accept any of the following methods of payment: (a) all major credit cards including Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover or (b) wire transfer.

What if my sponsoring organization’s policy is to only pay after the Executive Program is completed?

Please contact the Registration Team directly via registration@stratworthuniversity.org regarding your payment. Please note that each participant is responsible for ensuring that his or her invoice is paid. If you work for a government agency and there are specific government forms that need to be submitted, it is your responsibility to make sure that the forms are properly submitted and that your payment is processed in a timely manner. In some cases usually due to time constraints you may need to use a personal card to secure your seat in your course. We accommodate refunds of such payments upon receipt of payment made by your organization on your behalf.

Can I wire international payments?

Certainly. If you provide the bank or wiring agency your invoice number and get the bank transfer reference number, this will be sufficient to facilitate the payment process. Upon acceptance into the program, your invoice will contain details on how to pay via wire transfer.

Do you provide financial aid?

No we do not. However, we provide special pricing to companies or government agencies sponsoring several participants. Please review our team discount information below for more about this.

Do you provide tuition discounts?

Yes we do. We offer several discount packages. Review the list below for more information. Please note that discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer. Making changes to your program registrations may affect any previously applied discounts and may result in an increase in your program registration fees.

Multiple-Registration Discount:

If you register for two or three Executive Programs at once, you will be eligible for a 10% discount on each program. You can also choose to register for four or more Executive Programs at once and receive 15% off each program. This discount category does not only apply to Stratworth Executive Programs, applies to all Stratworth Mini-MBA Programs and Stratworth Research-X Courses.

Team Discounts

Certain Affiliates are eligible for discounts on Stratworth University’s Executive Programs.

• Stratworth University alumni receive a 20% discount

• Stratworth Center for Research in Business Strategy (CRiBS) patrons and sponsors receive a 15% discount

• Stratworth Strategy Lab partners, patrons and sponsors receive a 15% discount

To activate your discount, you must enter the relevant Discount Code on your application form. Please contact the office or research center with which you are affiliated, to obtain the relevant code.

Why do I have to create a profile?

Creating a profile enables you to enroll into programs, track your program and certificate status, access session materials, and manage your address and communications preferences.

Who is allowed to create a profile?

Practically, anyone can create a profile. Irrespective of whether you have taken programs with us in the past, or intend to in the future.

Can other participants see my profile?

Other executives and professionals enrolled into a Stratworth program will be able to view your profile, if you choose to make your profile public. You can customize your profile to share only the information you want, such as your organization, and hide other information, for instance your phone number.

Does Stratworth University offer custom Executive Programs for organizations?

Yes we do. Our custom Executive programs are collaboratively designed by Stratworth University faculty and senior leaders of your organization. These programs may focus on advancing the strategic objectives of your firm or resolving strategic issues while emphasizing application of theory in practice, and identifying effective action. How do I know if a custom Executive Program is right for my organization?

There are some prerequisite questions you must ask of your organization to know if a custom Executive Program is right for you. If you answer "yes" to a majority of the following questions, please contact us at custom@stratworthuniversity.org to discuss how we can work together.

• Is there a specific strategic challenge you wish to resolve? Although all Stratworth Executive Programs are designed from scratch with every new partner, the material we deploy is reflective of our domain-specific and cutting edge strategy research as well as our faculty's expertise and areas of research. Gaining clarity on the specific strategic issue you wish to address will help us promptly assemble the right faculty and create program material based on the most current and cutting-edge research that is relevant to your firm’s peculiar context.

• Could this strategic challenge be addressed efficiently in small teams? All Stratworth Executive Programs incorporate action learning and interactive projects best executed in teams. Could your strategic challenge be comprehensively and sufficiently examined during the five days intensive time-frame our custom programs generally demand?

• Is there any senior leader within your firm who will serve as the executive sponsor? We view each of our custom Executive Programs as a collaborative partnership that requires considerable commitment from both parties. Historically, we have found that the involvement of dedicated senior-level leadership member(s) throughout the program is crucial to the success of our custom Executive Programs, thus specifying at least one senior executive sponsor at the onset is required.
