What You Will Learn

This program will utilize various teaching methods such as faculty presentations, case discussions, group work, self-assessments, guest speakers, and multimedia sessions to impart practical knowledge on building strategic agility. Program Format

The program is a two-week course that features live classes and self-paced sessions. The live classes will take place from Monday to Friday, with breaks, via the Zoom platform, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM ET.

The program encourages collaborative learning, and participants are expected to attend all sessions, complete assignments, and contribute effectively in class and small groups. In addition to the synchronous class sessions, participants should set aside 5-10 hours per week for program work.

Before attending the workshop, participants should budget at least nine to twelve hours for self-paced course preparation. The course materials will be made accessible around two weeks before the commencement of the program.
