Learn about our policies regarding admissions, attendance and completion, cancellation and deferrals, refunds and substitutions.

These policies apply to open enrollment programs offered by Stratworth Executive and Mini-MBA programs and available for enrollment on the Stratworth University website.

1. Admissions Policy


Stratworth University admits participants of any race, color, sex, religion, or national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to participants at the institution. It does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, employment policies, scholarship programs, and other programs and activities administered by the institution. Stratworth University has additionally adopted an affirmative action plan expressing its continuing commitment to the principle of equal opportunity in education.


2. Course Attendance and Completion Policy


Participants must attend the entire course in order to receive the program certificate of completion. If you will not be able to attend the entire program, we advise you to register for another session.
 

3. Cancellation & Deferral Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations at Stratworth University, USA.

3.1 Refund Policy

3.1.1 Cancellation Deadlines

  • 30 days before the start date: 0% cancellation fee.

  • 29-15 days before the start date: 25% cancellation fee.

  • 14-8 days before the start date: 50% cancellation fee.

  • 7 days-1 day before the start date: 100% cancellation fee.

  • 0 days or after the start date: 100% cancellation fee.


3.1.2 Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation deadlines outlined in Section 3.1.1.

3.2 Cancellation Request Procedure

To request a cancellation, please send an email to program@stratworthuniversity.org with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Program Name

  • Start Date of the Program

  • Reason for Cancellation


3.3 Exceptional Circumstances

Stratworth University may, at its discretion, consider exceptions to the cancellation policy in cases of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances. Requests for exceptions should be submitted in writing along with supporting documentation.

3.4 Changes to the Cancellation Policy

Stratworth University reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

3.5 Deferral Policy

If you have completed your enrollment into a program and for some reason you need to defer your registration, please send a deferral request to program@stratworthuniversity.org.

4. Substitution Policy


To send a substitute in your place, please send a request to program@stratworthuniversity.org Please provide the substitute’s details in your email. Note that substitutes will be notified by email and will have 48 hours to acknowledge and confirm their participation.
